Caronia has got to be the first nail polish I’ve ever encountered as a child. At around 5 years old, I remember pleading my yaya to clean my already clean nails and apply frosted pink polish on my tiny nails. I was already a kikay kid then. Recently, I got re-introduced to this childhood brand as they launched their Popsicle Collection for Summer 2016. Summer is just around the corner and it’s time to ditch the nudes and dark shades. Of course, Caronia’s got everyone covered with four of their newest summer shades namely: Tequila Sunrise,Lemon Cool, Brain Freeze and Peach Perfect. What’s even more exciting is that they included two matte shades into the mini collection! The matte shades being Brain Freeze and Tequila Sunrise.

Here’s how they look like when worn:

Tequila Sunrise is subdued red orange with a matte finish shade. I think it’s perfect for a poolside or beach sesh!

Lemon Cool is my second favorite shade of the bunch. It’s a lemony yellow shade that can definitely intantly turn a gloomy day into a happy one!

Brain Freeze is another matte shade from the collection and is a cool pale beachy blue shade. I can imagine sporty chicks rocking this look!

And my favorite shade of the bunch is Peach Perfect! I’m forever a sucker for nudes and this one definitely balances our the colorful collection. So dainty and girly, I love it!

I can totally imagine each one of these shades going perfectly with an all white outfit, making your digits take centerstage. I love how a tried and tested brand like Caronia is constantly keeping up with the trends by creating cool and unique nail polish shades! They’re also not going to burn a whole in your pocket which is a win for everybody!
