Orogold’s been around in the Philippines for quite a while now but I never dared go near their products because they seemed very high-end and way out of my spending allocation for beauty products. But recently, I was given the chance to try out their products. And before I share my thoughts, here’s what I got:

24K Vitamin C Facial Cleanser

This cleanser came from Orogold’s 24K Vitamin C Collection and is infused with powerful antioxidants and it helps in removing excessive oils, makeup and dirt.

The 24K Vitamin C Facial Cleanser is enriched with ingredients such as Vitamin C and Gold. This cleanser offers a gentle foaming action to clean skin and help remove make up, dirt, and excess oils, leaving the skin feeling energized and refreshed.

Each of these come with an authentication certificate that certifies that the product contains 24k Italian Nanogold. When your facial cleanser comes with an authentication card, you just know it’s legit AF.

Trust me when I say I have a LOT of insecurities but thankfully, my skin is not one of them. I rarely have problems with acne or pores (huhu, thank you Parents!), which is why there was a time when I took my skin for granted and did not care for it as much as I should have. Soon, I noticed the skin near my nose become rougher, and more bumpy, probably due to build up of dirt. And no matter how many time I wash my face with gentle cleanser or no matter how many times I get facials, my skin in that area still remained bumpy. This hass changed (MIRACULOUSLY) when I started using this cleanser. After one wash, I immediately felt like my pores around the area were unclogged. I’ve been using this cleanser for over a month now but I still look forward to touching my bare face after rinsing off my face.

One more thing that I noticed is that a little goes a long way with this cleanser. Two pumps can easily work up a light lather to spread all over my face. This cleanser is truly magical. AHHH. <3

Purifying Facial Toner

I use this after cleansing with the 24k Vitamin C Facial Cleanser. I notice a very subtle stinging sensation on my face when I apply this but it does a pretty good job on removing excess dirt that was not covered by the facial cleanser.

24K Deep Renewal Night Cream

After the toner, I moisturize. I didn’t notice until after a few tries that even this moisturizer contains small specks of gold! I truly felt like a queen every time I applied this. I love how it’s rich but not sticky and how my face feels hydrated everytime I wake up.

Finally, the Golden Body Butter offers a plentiful dose of hydration to my limbs. I feel lightweight but moisturizing on the skin at the same time!

Overall Thoughts

Among all the products, the one that really made noticeable changes on my skin is the 24K Vitamin C Facial Cleanser. I love it so much that I’m starting to consider repurchasing is when it runs out. I am so amazed at how it produces results right after application. What’s good with Orogold is that they encourage customers to really try out their products in the store. Let’s be real, their premium products come with a hefty price tag. So, it’s crucial to be able to try out their products for yourself to see if the products work out for you or not. I definitely can’t guarantee for this product to work wonders on everyone else, but coming from my budding love affair with Orogold, I now understand why their products are priced as such. It’s because they truly deliver.

The Gift set on the other hand is a reasonable alternative for those who’d like to get acquainted with the brand without losing an arm and a leg, and perhaps another arm. Teehee.
